Bike Riding to Burg Ramstein

This was a very fun day for the family. Everyone except Bubbles rode their bikes. Peanut was such a trooper! We rode around 7 miles!

Behind dad, you can see the ruins of Burg Ramstein, our destination.

What a view!
Poor Trixie! Seven miles of running is a lot for a ten year old dog! But, she did so well, I'm sure she had fun. BooBaby liked having her along! She slept for two days after that, though :)
Almost there!
Bubbles fell asleep, so Dad stayed at the bottom of the hill with her while everyoneelse trekked up the hill side to the castle. BooBaby led the group up the steepest path she could find (you know, to save time :P) It was really tiring but it was worth it. Here are the girls standing in from of the bridge that leads to the ruins. This is the inside of the castle...or what's left of it. It was really mysterious and beautiful. You can see where the fireplaces, floors and room used to be.
